Where KFN Media provides access to third-party cloud services, software licences, or digital products, users must also comply with the applicable terms, policies, and licensing conditions of the relevant third-party provider. KFN Media is not responsible for enforcement actions, account suspensions, or service restrictions imposed by third-party providers due to user conduct.

Users are responsible for:

• Protecting account credentials and passwords.
• Using strong authentication methods where available.
• Promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
• Keeping their own devices and systems reasonably secure.
• Ensuring that information provided to KFN Media is accurate and lawful.

To protect our infrastructure, clients, and services, KFN Media may monitor network activity, system logs, and service usage where permitted by law. Monitoring is performed solely for security, operational, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service management purposes.
