Introduction

This Managed WordPress Hosting Policy governs the use of all managed WordPress hosting, maintenance, administration, security, support and related services provided by KFN Media. By purchasing, using, or continuing to use any managed WordPress hosting service, the customer agrees to be bound by this Policy and any applicable Terms of Service.

Services Included

Managed WordPress hosting may include managed hosting, WordPress core updates, plugin updates, theme updates, security monitoring, malware scanning, backups, performance optimisation, technical administration, support services, domain renewal management and SSL certificate management.

WordPress Administration

Provider may install updates, apply security patches, modify configurations, replace unsupported software, disable vulnerable plugins and take action necessary to protect hosted environments.

Client Responsibilities

The Client remains responsible for website content, legal compliance, account credentials, business operations, payment obligations and review of website functionality.

Backups

Backups may be performed as a convenience feature. Provider does not warrant backup availability, completeness or successful restoration. Clients should maintain independent copies of critical data.

Security

Commercially reasonable security measures may be implemented. No security solution is guaranteed and Provider cannot guarantee protection from cyber-attacks, malware, data breaches or credential compromise.

Website Availability

Provider aims to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or force majeure events.

Plugin & Theme Management

Provider may install, update, remove or disable plugins and themes that create security, stability or performance risks.

Third-Party Services

Websites may depend on third-party providers including registrars, DNS providers, SSL providers, payment gateways and other external services. Provider is not responsible for failures of third-party services.

Domain Renewal Management

Provider may coordinate annual domain renewals. Provider will use reasonable efforts to renew domains but does not guarantee successful renewal and is not liable for domain expiration, registrar issues, DNS failures or losses outside Provider control.

Support Services

Support is provided according to the selected service plan. Development work, redesigns and advanced consulting may be billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or business losses including data loss, lost profits, downtime or third-party failures. Liability shall be limited to amounts paid for the service as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to this Policy

Provider may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest version. Questions about this Policy can be sent via our contact page.
